1. Educational Tools: Full-length videos – generally around 30–50 minute conversations featuring the complete interview between Rabbi Benji and each mystic.

2. Clips: Curated 1–2 minute highlights that capture key insights and work well as prompts or entry points.

3. Texts: Two to three additional sources connected to each topic, offering depth and context.

4. Reflective Questions: Designed to help learners articulate meaning, challenge assumptions, and relate mystical ideas to their own lives.

5. Activities: Because transformation happens through practice, each activity invites personal and communal action.

6. Context: Each conversation includes biographical information about the mystic, a summary, key takeaways, a transcript, and a list of most of the sources cited in the interview for further reflection and exploration.
who is this for?
Parents of teens: If your teenagers are wrestling with big questions or formative experiences, consider sharing the clips for them to watch on their own. Use the reflective questions to spark conversation around the Shabbat table, during a weekday meal, or on a long drive. Consider taking on an activity that which can become shared family practices which focus on around bringing a mystical outlook into your lives.

Educators of teens and university students: For Jewish philosophy or thought courses, use the clips as pre-class preparation or as an opening prompt/set-induction. Pair the clips with selected texts for deeper study. Integrate the reflective questions into class discussion, and assign the activities as homework to help students connect ideas to their own lives. Invite students to watch the full-length videos for full context and broader ideas.

Community professionals and leaders: If you’re looking to engage adults or community members around questions of meaning and purpose, consider creating a learning series using the full-length videos. Watch together or invite participants to watch in advance, then break into smaller groups to explore the reflective questions. Encourage participants to partner up and try the activities between sessions, beginning each future gathering by sharing insights and experiences.

You know your audience best. If you have other ideas, we welcome your thoughts and feedback, and while these are some ways to use the content, we encourage you to use it as you see fit. At the end of the day, these educational tools are there to spark curiosity, deepen understanding, and cultivate moments of presence and insight. In doing so, you don’t just teach Jewish thought, you help make it a living part of everyday life.
